  1. I can't get over how this case doesn't proceed to a trial in front of a jury. An officer shooting would require a grand jury. So why not require a jury for concealed carry shootings?

      and even then his permit had expired. anyone else gets a ticket for an expired fishing license, let alone a concealed carry

        an unarmed person tackles someone after hearing them fire two shots. how were the cops not there sooner after hearing 2 shots fired?
